Thanks. This is maybe three or four kilometers before the pool. We didn't actually get all the way out the the pool. We stopped in Norðurfjörður (to pick up groceries for Eva!) and then went on the the end of the road at Munaðarnes (where you can see the saw tooth mountains in the distance). We then explored trying to get to the end of the other road past the other abandonded herring factory. Ultimately we needed to turn back due to too much snow on the road...
